摘要目的狂犬病免疫球蛋白(HRIG)是一种高效价的狂犬病抗体,能特异地中和狂犬病病毒,从儿预防狂犬病。方法局部浸润注射HRIG是利用高浓度的特异性抗体在伤口四周形成一道屏障,将清洗伤口后可能残留的狂犬病毒中和掉, 从而阻止病毒进入神经系统。结果对发生晕厥的5例患者进行相应的处理后都得到了满意的效果。讨论被动物严重咬伤者局部浸润注射HRIG时发生晕厥反应的观察及护理,避免了不良反应的进一步的加重,取得了满意的效果。
Summary Rabies immune globulin (HRIG) is a high titer of rabies antibodies. And it can specifically neutralize rabies virus, thus preventing rabies. Method : partial infiltration and injection. HRIG is the use of high concentrations of specific antibodies which form the barrier around the wound as well as neutralize the rabies virus that may emerge after cleaning the wound,thus stopping the virus from entering nervous system. Result : relatively handling five patients who suffering syncope turned out to be a perfect result. Discussion:the obversation and care about the patient who get injection by HRIG after being bitten by certain animals prevent the adverse reactions from ing worse and achieve good evaluation.

随着社会的进步,人们生活水平的提高,宠物狗、宠物猫也越来越多的进入家庭,和人密切接触起来。人们被狗、猫触舔、抓咬的现象也逐日上升。2010年湖北巴东县人民医院就有被疯狗咬伤引发狂犬病致死的病例。狂犬病是一种潜伏期长短不一,可防不可治,病死率为100%。仅2010年因被动物咬伤来我中心就诊者达851例,其中308例严重咬伤者均联合使用了HRI
