我国黄金市场的价格传递及国际联动的实证分析

摘要
2002 年 10 月 30 日上海黄金交易所的成立,标志着由中国人民银行“统收
统管”的黄金管理体制的结束,标志着我国黄金流通市场化的开始。在成立至今
的六年期间,我国黄金市场取得了长足的进步:市场规模明显扩大,投资比例较
快增加,定价机制逐步形成,投资品种不断丰富,市场参与者数量增加,市场运
行总体比较平稳。2008 年年初黄金期货的推出更是为我国黄金市场的发展跨出
了更重要的一步,继而形成了以上海黄金交易所、上海期货交易所为主,场外零
售市场为补充的黄金交易体系新格局,黄金市场已经成为我国金融市场的重要组
成部分。
本文的研究分为五个部分,第一章回顾了本文主要的研究文献。黄金作为一
种商品而存在,那么必然存在一个市场价格,那么影响黄金价格的因素有哪些
呢?本文第二章从黄金的价格切入,概括了国际黄金价格的影响因素,进而通过
回归方程定量地分析了影响我国黄金价格的因素。在第三章国内黄金市场间的关
联研究中,首先介绍了我国黄金市场的发展历程以及国内的黄金市场,进而从国
内市场角度出发,通过协整检验、格兰杰因果检验、VECM 模型、方差分解、
脉冲响应等方法考察了我国黄金期货市场与现货市场之间的价格引导关系。第四
章从国际联动的角度出发,选取了国际黄金现货定价中心的伦敦市场,通过二元
GARCH 模型来对上海和伦敦两个市场进行波动溢出的分析。最后结合实证分析
的结果,分析了我国黄金市场的功能以及存在的问题,提出了发展我国黄金市场
的政策建议

Abstract
Since the Shanghai Gold Exchange founded in October, 2002, the China's gold
management system gradually transited from the "Unification close control" system
of the People's Bank of China to the market-oriented gold flow system, which started
a prelude to the development of the gold market. The launch of gold futures in
January, 2008,which made a great important step for the development of China's gold
market. Moreover, it formatted a new pattern based on the Shanghai Gold Exchange
and the Shanghai Futures Exchange, plus the over-the-counter retail market for gold
trading system. The gold market has e an important part of China's financial
markets.
In this article, the research is divided into five sections. The first chapter of this
article reviewed the research literature. As modity, gold exists in this world,
there is bound to be a market price. Then what has an effect on the gold price?
Chapter II of this article started from the gold price and summed up the factors of the
