龙门刨床PLC控制系统设计
摘要
传统的龙门刨床控制系统可靠性差,维护困难,成产效率低。如今PLC技术不断发展。本文针对传统的龙门刨床的控制系统进行数字化的改进,主要研究了基于PLC的直流电机双环调速系统,根据直流调速理论及自动控制系统的理论,介绍了PLC控制的双闭环调速系统的组成、工作原理和动态性能。本系统实现对直流电机双闭环调速系统进行全数字化的改造,。应用PLC的PID功能指令来实现直流电机速度的闭环控制。系统具有人机接口,系统易于扩展,便于扩展各种I/O模块和功能模块。

Double housing planer machine PLC control system design
Abstract
The traditional double planer control system reliability is poor, maintenance is difficult with the production of low efficiency. Now the PLC technology develop continuously .In this paper introduces the dc motor based on PLC double closed-loop speed regulation system, according to the dc speed control theory and the theory of automatic control system, this paper introduces the PLC control of double closed-loop speed regulation position, working principle and the dynamic performance. This system implement a digital reform to the double closed-loop speed regulation system of the dc machine and make current loop and speed loop controller by PLC system are discussed to realize. The key is to discuss to realize dc motor double closed loop speed regulation system with FX2N PLC and both extension module. Application of PLC mands to realize dc machine speed closed-loop control. This system is easy to expand all kinds of I/O modules and function modules.
