文档介绍:摘要
专用自卸汽车是装有液压举升机构,能将车厢或使车厢倾斜一定角度,货物依靠自重能自行卸下或者水平推挤卸料的专用汽车。本文首先对自卸车的设计结构,特点以及国内外发展现状做了相关的概述。简述了自卸车的基本结构与工作形式,同时也介绍了自卸车的整体参数.
在文章中分析了我国自卸车的发展与自卸车的设计特点,介绍了自卸车的分类与不同举升形式的优缺点。对自卸车的举升机构做了系统的计算分析与选取,介绍了液压控制系统与举升系统的组成,对自卸车不同的工作受力和最大举升角的选择进行了分析计算。接着,从自卸车的底盘选择,副车架的选择改装计算进行了分析。最后对整个自卸车的外廓尺寸、轮距与轴距尺寸、前悬、后悬以及整车的装载质量、整备质量、总质量进行了相关的计算与设计。

ABSTRACT
Dedicated dump truck is equipped with a hydraulic lifting mechanism, able to train or to car tilted at an angle, remove the goods on their own or rely on gravity to push the level of discharge of the Special Purpose Vehicle. Firstly, the design of the truck structure, characteristics and development status at home and abroad to do the relevant overview. Outlines the basic structure of dump truck and forms of work, but also introduces the truck's overall argument.
In the article analyzes the development of our country and the dump truck dump truck design features, introduced the dump truck classification and the advantages and disadvantages of different forms of lifting. The lifting mechanism on the truck to do a systematic analysis and selection of the calculation, introduced the hydraulic control system and the lift ponents, the work on the dump truck different angle of the force and the largest selection of lift were calculated and analyzed. Then choose from the dump truck chassis, the choice of conversion calculation subframe is analyzed. Finally, the outer profile of the size of the dump truck, track and wheelbase dimensions, front overhang, rear overhang and the quality of vehicle loading, curb weight, the total quality of the relevant calculation and design.
