[摘要]目的探讨耳穴埋豆联合穴位贴敷护理干预在肛肠疾病术后患者疼痛缓解中的应用价值。方法选择2015年1月~2017年2月因肛肠疾病于我院行手术治疗的患者86例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组43例。则联合耳穴埋豆及穴位贴敷?o理干预,7 d为1个疗程。比较两组护理前后疼痛情况,比较两组护理满意度及临床疗效差异。结果两组患者治疗前疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>),具有可比性。护理后观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<);%,%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=,P<)。%,%,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论对于肛肠疾病术后患者而言行耳穴埋豆联合穴位贴敷护理干预具有重要意义,可有效缓解疼痛,提高护理满意度,值得推广。
