文档介绍：【摘要】目的:评价实时三维超声心动图(RT3DE)测量左室重构患者左室容积的准确性。方法:对17例健康体检者和15例左室重构患者,应用实时三维超声诊断仪采集心尖长轴左室全容积图,脱机后应用容积分析软件测量左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV),同时应用常规二维超声心动图Simpson′s法和M型超声心动图法测量LVEDV。测值分别与多层螺旋CT(MSCT)结果进行对照分析。结果:正常组:LVEDV测值:RT3DE法、Simpson′、、(P均<);左室重构组:LVEDV测值:RT3DE法、Simpson′、、(P均<)。RT3DE法与MSCT测值差显著小于Simpson′s法及M型法(P<),且具有高度的可重复性(P<)。结论:实时三维超声心动图可以准确测量左室重构患者的左室容积,其准确性要高于传统超声心动图,可重复性好。

Abstract:Objective:To assess the accuracy of real time three dimensional echocardiography (RT3DE) in quantifying left ventricular volume in patients with left ventricular :RT3DE was performed in 17 normal subjects(normal group) and 15 patients with left ventricular remolding (left ventricular remolding group).The left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV) was measured offline using analysis software,by twodimensional Simpson′s method and M-mode values of LVEDV pared with Multiputed tomography (MSCT) :LVEDV measured by RT3DE,Simpson′s method and M-mode methods was both correlated well with MSCT in normal subjects group and left ventricular remolding group (normal subjects group:r=、、; left ventricular remolding group: r=、、),P< difference between RT3DE amd MSCT was less than that of mong Simpson′s,Mmode methods and MSCT(P<).For examination of LVEDV by RT3DE,there was no difference between two examinations of one observer and two observers in two groups(P>).Conclusion:RT3DE can accurately measure left ventricular volume in normal and left ventric
