摘要
本文是一篇关于固定管板式换热器的结构设计,主要用于尿液的冷却。对固定管板式换热器进行了深入的研究,首先,在换热器总体结构方面,对其筒体、封头进行了厚度计算和强度校核,得到了在工称直径DN1000,特定的公称压力下合理的筒体和封头的厚度,并对筒体和管箱的接管进行了选型与开孔补强校核。其次,在换热器内部结构方面进行了换热管的计算和管子的布置,按照正确的布管计算方法对换热器公称直径为1000mm的管板实施了单管程,单壳程条件下的人工计算布管并画出了相应的CAD布管图。同时用BS法对管板厚度进行了计算和校核。在整个设计过程中,还包括一些其他零部件的设计和选型,也对整体制造和安装进行了分析。最后得到一套完整的固定管板式换热器的结构设计方案,包括CAD图纸。

Abstract
This paper is fixed on a plate heat exchanger of the structural design, mainly used for cooling the urine. On the fixed plate heat exchanger for an in-depth study, first of all, in the heat exchanger overall structure, its cylinder, head for calculating the thickness and intensity of the check, has been in the diameter DN1000, nominal pressure specific reasonable under the cylinder head and the thickness of the box and tube and a receiver for the selection and opening reinforcement check. Secondly, in the heat exchanger aspects of the internal structure of the calculation of the Tube and pipe layout, the cloth in accordance with the correct method of calculating the heat exchanger for the 1000mm diameter of the tube plate implementation of the single-tube process, single-shell calculation under the conditions of the cloth and draw the corresponding CAD map of the cloth. At the same time with BS Law on the thickness of the plate and check the calculation. Throughout the design process, but also includes some other parts of the design and selection, but also to the overall manufacture and installation of an analysis. Finally get plete set of fixed plate heat exchanger of the structural design of programmes, including CAD drawings.
