摘要:随着风力发电技术的不断发展,风电机组容量的迅速兆瓦化,其配件变频器、变压器以及电
抗器等大功率电力电子器件的散热问题变得越来越严重。本文利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件,采
用有限体积法,以置入于固定空间的散热元器件进行通风散热数值模拟,建立了不同的通风冷却方
案,通过对各个方案的温度和速度场分布来确定最佳通风散热技术方案。计算结果表明,CFD 软件
能较好的模拟房间的速度和温度分布,为风电工程实施和电气系统的安全与防护起到了一定的指导
作用。

Abstract: With the rapid development of wind power generation technology, the power capacity of wind
turbines numerously increasing up to multi- mega-watt experiences cooling and ventilation issues with the high
capacity ponents typically like inverter, transformer and inductors. In this paper, the finite volume
method was applied and the physical model was firstly established with a fixed spatial domain in which the
ponents are mounted inside. Several inlet and outlet boundary conditions were set up in the
numerical domain parative studies on flow and temperature fields in order to find out the optimized
cooling solutions. The calculation results show that CFD software is significant to capture the temperature and
flow field for indoor units, hence enables to provide some information on wind farm infrastructure as well as
safety and protection of electrical systems.
