摘要: 化工设备涉及大量的压力容器,化工设备及其零件受到多种多样的外力,如风力、内外压
力等。实现化工设备高效安全生产,化工装备及其零部件的可靠性分析是一个非常重要的问题,理论
上对其进行精确分析是很困难的,有限元软件 Ansys 能很好地解决理论分析难以解决的很多问题。黑
水过滤器是化工工艺设备中的一个重要组成部分。本文利用机械设计制造领域的三维建模软件
solidworks 和 ansys 软件结合对某公司的黑水过滤器进行了可靠性分析,论述了 solidworks 的建模、
Ansys 分析中的网格划分和加载等问题,对其进行了强度、变形、模态分析,得出了应力、变形分布及
其固有频率。并进行了强度校核,为其安全运行提出切实可行的方案。
