摘要: 文章分析我国临床药学专业教学的发展现状及存在的主要的问题,探讨“医改”新政策背景下高等学校临床药学专业的教学改革方法及措施。并提出高等学校临床药学专业应强化应用实践能力培养,主动适应“医改”新政策,才能为临床药学专业学生的就业提供很好的实践基础。

Teaching reform of clinical pharmacy on the New Medical Reform

Abstract: This paper analyze the developing situation and major problem of the clinical pharmacy teaching in China, exploring the teaching reform methods and measures of the clinical pharmacy on the new medical reform, and pointing out that the clinical pharmacy of colleges and universities should strengthen the development of the pragmatic practice ability, to adapt positively the new medical reform, which, in turn, can provide excellent practical foundlings to the employment of clinical pharmacy students.

2009年新医改方案明确指出,要建立国家基本药物制度,建立健全药品供应保障体系,实行医药分开,通过实行药品购销差别加价、设立药事服务费等多种方式逐步改革或取消药品加成政策等等。“以药养医”的局面将彻底改变,药学的服务模式将由传统的“药品供应型”职能逐步向为“临床药学服务型”转变。《医疗机构药事管理暂行规定》的颁布,规定医院药师要参与临床药物治疗, 向药学技术服务于患者为宗旨的临床药学工作内容和药学保健工作模式转变, 临床药学将成为未来我国医院药学的主要发展方向。解决临床药师缺乏的问题已成为新世纪

我国医院药学工作模式能否顺利转型的关键, 培养临床药师成为药学教育的迫切任务[1]。如何快速转变观念,改革以往的教学模式,尽快培养一批适应医改新形式下临床药学专业的学生,是目前高等药学教育高校亟待解决
