1. 出票地点
对于国际票据,国际惯例是采用“行为地法律”原则,所以,国际票据成立与否,应以其出票地法律来衡量。
未注明出票地的,以出票人名称中所附地址为出票地,或者以出票人的营业场所、住所或经常居住地作为出票地。

2. 付款地点
若汇票上没有注明付款地点,就以跟在付款人后面的地址作为付款地,或者以出票人的营业场所、住所或经常居住地作为出票地。

从汇票上看不出具体付款日期,出票人通常会在汇票上加列提单日或交单日的具体日期。

(2)远期汇票到期日的算法
国际惯例:
①算尾不算头,若干天的最后一天是到期日
②月为日历月
③半月按15天计算
④先算整月,后算半月
⑤节假日顺延

例1:…后若干天付款(after)
At 90 days after sight pay ..., 若承兑日为当年10月3日,则到期日为:
— 28天
— 30天
— 31天
1天
因为1月1日是节假日,应顺延至其后第一个营业日

The words "to", "until", "till", “from” and “between” when used to determine a period of shipment include the date or dates mentioned, and the words “before” and "after" exclude the date mentioned.
The words “from” and "after" when used to determine a maturity date exclude the date mentioned.
