Regulations of Shenyang Municipality on the prevention and control of environmental noise pollution

Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 for the prevention and control of environmental noise pollution, protecting and improving the environment, safeguarding human health and build a harmonious society, promoting economic and social development, "according to the relevant laws and regulations of People's Republic of China environmental noise pollution prevention law", combined with the actual city, the enactment of this ordinance.
The second mentioned in this Regulation refers to the environmental noise pollution, over the state of environmental noise emission standards in environmental noise in industrial production, construction, transportation and social life produced, and impairs people's daily life, work and study the phenomenon.
Article third these Regulations shall apply to the prevention and control of environmental noise pollution within the administrative area of this Municipality and the supervision and administration thereof.
The fourth municipal environmental protection administrative department is petent department for the prevention and control of environmental noise pollution in this Municipality, and implements unified supervision and administration of the prevention and control of environmental noise pollution within its administrative areas.
