摘要
本文在供应链管理的理念下对当今的三大生产计划与控制
系统即和系统的运行模式机理和特
点进行了具体阐述和分析指出不同的计划模式没有绝对的好坏
之分只是有其不同的适应性企业应根据自己的具体状况选择
合适的供应链计划系统
在此基础上本文又进一步阐述了进行计划与控制的功能整
合与信息集成的思路提出计划控制系统的实施或整合不是简单
的以计算机操作代替人工计算的过程而是一个公司管理体制的
变革是一项系统工程需要建立在以信息技术的运用和革新
组织结构的重组运营流程的改造和良好有效的沟通和培训体
系的基础上然后配合以项目管理的方法来最终实现
最后围绕不同的计划管理模式进一步探讨了计划目标的
多重性和计划控制中的不确定性并重点分析了在不同的计划模
式下库存管理的实践与应用技术

THE RESEARCH OF SUPPLY CHAIN
PLANNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
This thesis is based on supply chain management concept,
analyzed the principles and characteristics of the three major planning
models: MPR/ERP, JIT and TOC (APS) and point out that there is no
absolutely god or bad planning models, but only suitable or non-suitable
based on the specific operation environment of panies, a
wise choice will finally make the supply chain management a great
ess.
This thesis then further discussed the methods to effectively
integrate planning information systems. Key massage here is that
planning system integration is not only a simple replacement between
computer based software and manual excel sheets or forms, it is a
systematical management reforming, based on four cornerstones:
technology upgrading, organization reengineering, process improvement
and munication and training. Finally it relies on
professional project management philosophy to make it happen.
This thesis finally analyzed the variety of planning targets as well
as the uncertainty during the planning and controlling progress, also
investigated the detail inventory control principle and methods that align
to the three famous planning models mentioned before.
