摘要:绿色化学是人类和自然和谐的化学,是一种新的教育理念。本文遵循绿色化学的理念和指导原则,采用试剂替换、规范实验操作、开展小量实验和跨学科综合性实验、回收利用有机溶剂等措施,来实现中药化学实验绿色化理念的渗透,培养学生树立绿色化学的思维方式,增强其环保意识。

Permeability of Green Chemistry concept into experiment teaching of Chinese medicine chemistry

Abstract: Green chemistry, the chemistry of the harmony of human and nature, is a new educational philosophy. This paper follows the concept of green chemistry and guiding principles, adopting measures of reagent replacement, standardized experimental operation, small experiments, and cross-prehensive experiment, recycling anic solvents, to achieve the permeability of green chemistry concept into experiment teaching of Chinese medicine chemistry and cultivate students’ thinking mode of green chemistry and strengthen their consciousness of environmental protection.

中药化学实验是药学类专业开设的一门基础的化学实验课,在传统的实验内容设计中,只重视操作方便、装置简单、现象明显,却很少顾及环境污染问题。由于污染物排放量不是很大,所以大多数学校对排放物很少做处理,久而久之,势必对学校环境产生积少成多的污染效应,对学校师生的健康也构成了潜在的威胁。因此,在高校中实现中药化学实验绿色化是一种必然的趋势。为此,我们就如何在中药化学实验教学中融入绿色化学理念,实现绿色化实验进行了初步的探讨。
1 绿色化学
可持续发展观是当今世人普遍认同的发展观,而绿色化学正是基于人与自然和谐发展的可持续发展理论[1]。绿色化学又称环境无害化学、环境友好化学或清洁化学,是指化学反应和过程以“原子经济性”为基本原则[2],即在获取新物质的化学反应中充分利用参与反应的每个原料原子,在始端就采用实
