随着生产领域“利润源泉”的日益枯竭,物流逐渐被世人重视,特别是在社会和企业的客观要求下,第三方物流日益成为物流发展的主流。随着经济全球化进程的迅速发展和信息技术的应用,越来越多的公司趋向于把物流业务外包给第三方物流公司运作。经历了短短的十几年的发展,全世界的第三方物流市场已明显表现出了潜力大、渐进性和高增长率的特征。第三方物流企业的发展历史不同,其运作模式有很大差异,对一个第三方物流企业而言,应该选择怎样的物流运作模式关系其经营业绩的好坏,特别是中小型第三方物流企业更是如此。
本文从物流的相关理论出发,论述了现代物流的现状和发展趋势,并对第三方物流企业的基本类型作出阐述。以A冷冻有限公司为例,在对其运作模式进行分析的基础上,分析了存在的问题,提出了一对一的服务模式解决资源限制的问题。

ABSTRACT

Especially under the society and business enterprise's objective request, the Third-Party Logistics increasingly es the main current. Along, with the development of economy globalization and the information technology, more and panies tend to outsource their logistics to the Third-Party Logistics enterprises. After more than ten years' development, the Third-Party Locistics markets have put up the characteristics with high potential, high increment speed. The history of different third-party logistics, Its mode of operation is a Third-Party Logistics Enterprise, choose what kind of relationship between the logistics operation Related to the its operating performance is good or bad, Especially small and medium enterprises especially in third-party logistics.
Based on the theory of logistics, this paper analyses logistics' condition anddeveloping the Third-Party Logistics enterprises' the A, analysis based on its mode of operation, Analysis of the problems, propose One to one service model to solve the problem of resource constraints.
