珠三角地区是我国经济发展迅猛的地区之一,同时也是我国改革开放的前沿门户。在改革的初期,珠三角等沿海地区凭借着得天独厚的区位优势优先引进外资、利用外资,利用当地廉价的劳动力参与国际分工,最终形成粗放型的产业结构模式,在这个过程中,劳动密集型产业是当地的经济支柱,因此劳动者在经济的发展过程中起到了不可替代的作用,但是,在劳动者为珠三角地区的经济做出重大贡献的时候,他们的合法权益也在日益受到侵犯,由此引发的一系列的社会矛盾已经严重影响到了珠三角经济的发展和社会的稳定。当务之急我们应该充分地分析珠三角地区劳资纠纷的现状、特点、危害性和原因,并找出具体的对策予以应对,妥善地处理劳资冲突,才能够为珠三角经济的发展找到新的突破口,再筑往日的辉煌。

Abstract
The pearl river delta region is one of the fast development of economy in China, as well as the forefront of reform and opening up in China portal. At the beginning of the reform, the pearl river delta and other coastal areas with advantageous location advantages first introduction of foreign capital, foreign capital utilization, using of local cheap labor participation in international division of labor, eventually form the extensive mode of industrial structure, in this process, the labor-intensive industries are the pillars of the local economy, so the workers in the process of economic development plays an irreplaceable role, but the workers in the pearl river delta region's economy made a significant contribution, their legitimate rights and interests have also been violations, the resulting a series of social contradictions have severely affected the development of the pearl river delta economic and social stability. Priority we should be fully analyzed the current situation of the labor disputes in the pearl river delta, characteristics, harm and cause, and find out the specific countermeasures to deal with, properly deal with labor disputes, will be able to find new breakthrough for the pearl river delta economic development, to build brilliant.
