供应商选择的一个模型及其实证分析
摘要:
濒临用户需求个性化、经济一体化、在竞争日益激烈的新环境的严峻挑战,企业如何根据供应链管理的思想与方法,科学精确的帅选出风格与其匹配的供应商,以及选取哪些指标和采用何种方法来评价供应商,以提高自身的核心竞争力,在激烈的市场竞争中处于不败之地?是本文的研究主题。供应商的选择评价问题直接影响到整条供应链的效益,通过借鉴揣摩以往多数学者采用供应商的方法,基于供应链管理的思想,分析供应商选择评价的现状及新的环境下供应商选择的影响因子,提出了一种以层次分析法为体架、模糊数学评判函数和德尔菲法为主要评判工具的供应商评价指标体系和多级模糊评价模型。并详细说明了模糊层次分析法地建立步骤和在供应商评价中的应用。最后结合广州市杰丽斯塑料五金制品有限公司的A关键零部件供应商选择进行了实证研究,公司认为该方法对公司选择供应商具有较大的参考意义,并初步试验实施,但其实际有效性尚有待公司实践的检验。本文希望通过研究供应商选择评价问题提高我国制造企业经济效益,应对不断变化的市场环境提供一定的理论和实证依据.

A MODEL FOR SUPPLIER SELECTION AND EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS
ABSTRACT
The esearchful subject of this article is about supplier's appraisal and select question, Through used for reference and research the majority scholars about supplier's method studies, than Based on the thought of SCM, analyzes the present situation of the suppliers selection and the influence factor in supplier chooses under the new environment. Proposed a new appraisal index system of supplier selection model of multilevel fuzzy appraisal ,which take the analytic hierarchy process as body, use the judgment function of fuzzy mathematics and Delphi technique method as mainly judge tools. Explained the establishment steps about the analytic hierachy process and application in detail. Lastly , used the model to carry out the best bined the instance about GUANGHZOU JIE LI SI PLASTIC METALS WARE CO., LTD selects the supplier of A essential spare part. pany thought that this method have the big reference significance for them to chooses the supplier, and with preliminary trial testing implementation, but its actual validity still waited for the examination. This article hoped that through studies the selecting supplier of the appraisal question to raise our manufacturing firm economic efficiency, provides certain theory and the real diagnosis basis for them to deals with the market environment which changes unceasingly
