摘要
近年来会议酒店在广州发展非常快,呈现良好的发展势头,成为酒店领域的热门话题。本文通过大量的文献参考,根据广州会议型酒店兴起的背景,以白天鹅宾馆为例,结合2008年及2009年中国会议酒店的调查数据结果进行分析,总结当前广州会议型酒店存在的问题。本文认为可以从实现会议与酒店互动发展的措施,完善广州会议酒店所需要的硬件和软件条件,并正确定位广州会议酒店的发展方向,促使广州会议酒店能走上更快更优质的发展之路。

PROBLEMS AND STRATIGIES ANALYSE OF CONFERENCE HOTELS IN GUANGZHOU—BASED ON RESEARCH ON THE EASTERN BINGGUANG
ABSTRACT
In recent years, Conference Hotel develops very rapidly in China and shows a good momentum of development, which is ing a hot topic in the field of hotel. In this paper, we try to reach a fully understanding on the concept of conference hotel by a lot of document reference. Through hanging it together with the background of the boom of conference hotel in Guangzhou, taking the Eastern Bingguan for example, and analyzing the survey data on conference hotel from 2008 to 2009, the paper demonstrate the problems that are existing in conference hotel. This paper points out that when finding the strategies to solve the problems, measures to implement the inter-development between meeting and hotel and to improve the conference hotels’ situation in terms of hardware and software should be considered. As long as we find the correct direction for the development of conference hotel according to the actuality, conference hotel industry in China will go faster and the quality will be higher.
