本文对一种高效的电镀镍钴超薄金刚石切割片工艺进行了初步研究。通过在不锈钢板上生成一种特殊的化学转化膜,并在其上面沉积镍钴金刚石复合镀层来获得一种无基体式的金刚石切割片。通过加热揭下超薄镀层,并把此镀层夹在法兰盘上使用的切割工具。金属镀层是结合剂,金刚石磨料用于切削加工。本文阐述了镍钴金刚石复合镀层的沉积机理,并通过设计正交试验研究了温度、pH值、电流密度等工艺参数对镍钴及镍钴金刚石复合镀层性能的影响。经过相应的热处理使镀层与基体分离,经冲压整型就可以得到所需规格尺寸的切割片。

Abstract
This article has conducted the preliminary study to one kind of highly effective electronickelling be ultra-thin diamond cutting piece craft. Through produces one special chemical conversion membrane on the stainless steel plate, and in its above deposits the nickel posite plate to obtain one kind of non-substrate-like diamond cutting piece. then peeled off the layer and used .metal coating is boned. The diamond brasive was used cutting .This article elaborated the nickel posite plate's deposition mechanism, and has studied technological parameters and so on temperature, pH value, current density through the design orthogonal test to Ni and the Ni- posite plate performance influence. Causes coating and the substrate after the corresponding heat treatment separates, may obtain after the ramming trueing needs the specification size the cutting piece.
