摘要
微核是真核生物细胞中的一种异常结构,他是各种理化因子,如辐射、化学药物对分裂细胞作用的结果。一般认为微核是起源于落后染色体与丧失着丝粒的断片,在有丝分裂末期形成。但是另一些实验则表明间期细胞也可形成微核。本课题通过体外培养人的外周血淋巴细胞,在细胞周期的特定时期注射环磷酰胺20ug/ml,观察淋巴细胞微核形成与细胞周期的关系;实验结果证实了细胞周期的各时期都可能有微核形成。

Micronucleus are the abnormal structure, which usually are the result of all kinds of physical-chemically factors such as radiation,chemical medicine to mitotic cells. Micronucleus is generally believed that behind the origin and loss of centromere chromosome fragment, formed in late mitosis. However, while some other experiments on cells that can form between the micronucleus.. This topic through in vitro of peripheral blood lymphocyte, In the cell cycle of specific period 20ug/ml cyclophosphamide injection, Observe lymphocyte micronucleus formation and the cell cycle. The results confirmed the cell cycle may have different periods micronucleus formation.
