一例猪瘟与高致病性蓝耳病混合感染的诊治
摘要
本文详细报告了一起猪瘟与高致病性蓝耳病混合感染的诊治情况。江苏某规模化养猪场发生了一起以仔猪和保育猪呼吸困难,腹部和末端发红,精神沉郁,少食或不食,腹泻,呕吐及妊娠母猪流产和木乃伊胎显著增加为临床症状,绝大多数发病猪从发病到死亡不超过5天。死前出现划水样神经症状,呼吸急促,消瘦,高热稽留为特征的疾病,经流行病学调查、临床观察、病理剖检与实验室检测,诊断为猪瘟与猪高致病性蓝耳病混合感染,通过综合性治疗与预防措施取得了良好的效果,为目前规模化猪场猪瘟与猪高致病性蓝耳病混合感染的诊断与治疗提供了可行性建议。
