市场环境的剧烈变化,需要企业及时调整自身能力以适应不断发展的市场需求,而员工培训正是企业保持核心能力以及企业长期生存发展的手段之一。尤其是经历了经济危机后,各大企业都在裁员,而有效的培训可以使员工不断地掌握和学习与企业发展的战略目标相匹配的知识和技能,使企业不断赢得核心竞争力,保持竞争优势。
知识经济的来临使现代企业的竞争日益转化为人才的竞争。为了更好地提高人员素质,进而有效增强企业竞争优势,越来越多的企业将人员培训作为一种有效投资而长期贯彻。与外部培训相比,内部培训费用较低、针对性更强,尤其是面对严峻的经济危机,内部培训更是成为很多企业经济理想的培训首选,要想在竞争激烈的市场中占有一席之地,在激烈的竞争情况下生存下来,首先要保证企业员工的胜任能力,这就对企业的员工培训提出了更高的要求。
本文主要采用案例研究与理论运用相结合的方法,参阅了大量的有关人力资源管理、员工培训和内部讲师培养等方面的文献,经过收集、整理用于本文培训的相关理论研究。S公司是中国民营企业的一个缩影,同时S公司的内部讲师队伍建设在嘉兴地区也走在前列,本文针对该公司的培训现状,分别作了阐述,并对存在问题设计了一定的完善措施和建议,得出在完善内部讲师队伍建设方面的启示。

Abstract
