生物玻璃/尿囊素复合材料降解性研究
摘要:生物玻璃是一种可以修复人体软组织,替换人体关节的医用生物材料。能够作为医用生物材料既要满足生物力学相容性和良好的力学性能要求,还必须具有生物活性——在植入生物体后,能与组织相融合,并在一段时间内降解为机体构造或者机体组织。尿囊素作为美容护肤产品具有很好的抗菌性和修复损伤皮肤的功能。两者的复合材料能兼具生物活性和修复皮肤组织的双重功能。由于降解性在很大程度上反映了材料的生物活性,本次课题通过模拟体液浸泡实验来考察两种材料复合后降解性的变化。实验数据表明生物玻璃—尿囊素样品降解性比生物玻璃样品降解性更好,生物活性更强。生物玻璃—尿囊素复合材料有望作为敷料进行皮肤损伤的修复。

Research on Degradability of Bioglass-posite Material

Abstract :Bioglass can repair the human body tissue, it’s a kind of substitute medical biomaterial for joint. As a medical biomaterial, it should not only meet the requirements of the patibilities and good mechanical properties, but also have a biological activity that once it’s implanted anisms, it can integrate anization, and degrade into body structure or tissue in a period of time. As a beauty and skincare product, allantoin performs well in antimicrobial and repairing skin damage. posite material of them has a double function of biological activity and repairing skin tissue. Since degradability largely reflects the biological activity, the changes of degradability of these two materials pounded are studied by simulating body fluid immersion experiment in the subject. Experiment data shows that bioglass-allantoin sample has better degradability and stronger biological activity than bioglass sample. Bioglass-posite material can be used as a dressing to repair skin damage.
