摘要
科学技术不断的进步与发展,引领经济全球化和信息时代的到来。在这个宏
大的时代背景下,随着物质生活水平的不断提升,消费者需求日益多元化,企业
之间竞争加剧,使得市场需求的不确定性大大增加。面对着越来越难以预测的市
场,企业传统的“纵向一体化”管理模式对市场需求变化的响应越来越迟缓。在
企业开始发展“横向一体化”管理模式的变革中,供应链管理应运而生。
供应链管理(supply chain management,简称 SCM)利用现代新技术,通过改
造和集成业务流程,与供应商以及客户建立协同的业务伙伴联盟,并通过实施电
子商务,从而大大提高了企业的竞争力,使企业在复杂的市场环境下立于不败之
地。有人说 21 世纪的竞争不是企业与企业之间的竞争,而是供应链与供应链之间
的竞争。
论文在对供应链,供应链管理,供应链管理系统等相关概念进行了解释、对
供应链管理国内外研究状况予以介绍的基础上,详细分析了集成供应链体系结构
模型,设计原则和策略,分析了电子商务对供应链管理的影响和电子商务支持供
应链管理的主要途径,研究了基于电子商务供应链管理实现的方法,提出了提高
电子商务环境下现代企业供应链管理水平的策略。
最后对论文的相关工作进行了总结,并明确了今后的发展方向和工作思路。
以求不断更新和完善。

Abstract
Science and technology improves ceaselessly with the arrival developing, leading
economic globalization and the information age. In this vast background, along with the
continuous improvement of living standards, more diversified consumer demand,
petition among enterprises, so the uncertainty of market demand greatly
increased. Facing more and more difficult to predict the market, enterprises traditional
"vertical integration" of management on changes in market demand more and more
slow to respond. In the enterprise began to develop "horizontal integration" of change
management, supply chain management came into being.
Supply chain management (supply chain management, be called SCM for short)
making use of modern new technique, supplier and the customer have founded and
synergic business buddy alliance, have improved the petition thereby
greatly, have made enterprise base self on sure ground plicated marketplace
environment and by putting merce into practice by make over and
integrated business technological process. Someone said 21 petition is not
petition between enterprise and enterprise, but petition between supply
chain and supply chain.
