摘要:本论文是依托达旗污水处理厂项目设计与实现展开研究讨论的。该项目的主要任务是设计一套符合污水处理工艺要求、实现监控功能的PLC控制系统。
文中根据污水处理控制系统工作时间长、可靠性高、信号多的特点,以西门子公司的S7-300为基础,对污水处理控制系统的工艺流程、硬件构成、程序结构进行了设计。论文首先研究探讨了PLC控制系统及DCS的设计思想和具体实现,组态软件在此系统中的应用。在本污水处理控制系统中,采用了全新的设计思想,把整个系统分为预处理工段、生物处理工段、污泥处理工段和消毒间处理工段四个子系统,然后再对各个子系统的功能进行分别讨论,最后通过各子系统的优化组合形成一套综合污水处理控制系统。
该系统在西门子公司S7-300基础上,实现了对污水处理厂各设备运行状态的实时检测和监控,并能够对设备故障做出实时自动报警和自动保护,克服了人工控制精度低、操作运行繁琐、误操作可能性大等缺点,满足了污水处理工艺控制精度高、可靠性强的要求

Abstract:This paper is based on the project of Daqi sewage treatment and gives a talk about the design of the project. The project's main task is to design a sewage treatment process in line with demand, using DCS technology and configuration software . The aim of the project is to achieve monitoring the PLC control system.
According to the features of the sewage treatment control system is long work hours, high reliability and more signals, the project is based on Siemens S7-300. The project mainly designs the process, hardware and software’s structure of the control system. First of all the paper talks about the design ideas of the DCS and then give a instruction of the PLC control system.
