基于精益生产的生产物流管理模式研究

摘要:当今中国已经成为世界上最大的制造业基地之一,中国企业与国际企业之间的竞争不
仅是技术的竞争,更是成本的竞争。源于汽车行业的精益思想(Lean Thinking)作为全球公
认的降低企业成本、提高企业竞争力的管理理念正在被越来越多的中国制造企业所采用。针
对以上的背景,本论文将利用精益生产的相关理论,通过对 J 集团生产物流特征分析,提出
J 集团基于精益生产的生产物流管理模式,并阐述该管理模式的结构与主要内容。最后把该
管理模式应用到 J 集团实际生产管理中,消除 J 集团生产过程中的浪费,降低生产成本和库
存,提高企业的竞争力,并通过实施前后效果分析来验证该管理模式的合理性。

The Study of Production Logistics Management Mode Based
on Lean Thought

Abstract: China is ing the world's largest manufacturing bases in China, petition
between Chinese enterprises and international enterprises is not only petition, it is
mostly petition. From the automotive industry, lean thinking (Lean Thinking) globally
recognized as a management concept to reduce costs and improve petitiveness of enterprises is
used by more and more Chinese manufacturers. Based the above background, this paper will use the
theory of lean production, and propose the production logistics management mode based on lean
production in J Group through the analysis of production logistics characteristics in J Group, and set
the structure and main content of the management mode.
