铣床加工零件键槽专用夹具设计
[摘要]铣削加工一般用于加工平面、沟槽、缺口以及成形曲面。铣床夹具也是一种常用夹具。该设计的夹具是用于在卧式铣床上对于凸轮轴铣半圆键槽的专用夹具,主要由夹具体、定位元件(V型块)、夹紧元件(压板)、夹紧机构(斜楔联动夹紧)等组成。在设计中,分析了零件图、夹具的结构特点、夹具工作原理,计算了定位误差、夹紧力,从而保证了该专用夹具能够用于加工该工件的可靠性、高效性。专用夹具也有很大的应用空间,即通过专用夹具达到定位准确、夹紧迅速、操作快捷等优点,易于保证,并通过绘图软件完成了铣床夹具装配图及零件图的设计。

The Milling Part keyway dedicated fixture design
[Abstract] generally used for milling machining plane, grooves, gaps and forming surface. Milling jig is also mon fixture. The design of the fixture is used in horizontal milling machine, the Woodruff keyway special fixtures for camshaft milling, mainly by the specific folder, the positioning element (V-block), the clamping element (plate), the clamping mechanism (wedge linkage folder tight). In the design, analysis of the parts diagram, the structural characteristics of the jig, the jig working principle, to calculate the positioning error, the clamping force, thus ensuring the reliability, efficiency the dedicated fixture can be used to processing the workpiece. The special fixture also has a great use of space, by special fixtures to achieve accurate positioning, clamping rapid and efficient operation, etc., easy to guarantee and milling fixture assembly drawing and parts diagram design and mapping software.
