虚拟社区暴露隐私现象研究——以天涯虚拟社区为例

摘要
伴随着互联网的发展,虚拟社区在人们的日常沟通和交流中扮演着越来越重要
的角色,也涌现出越来越多的网友在社区中暴露隐私的现象。本文以马克斯·韦伯
的社会行动理论为基础,采取文献研究法,对天涯社区的 121 个涉及暴露隐私内容
的帖子进行分析。
首先,对虚拟社区暴露隐私的内容进行了分析,根据暴露隐私行为的主体不同
将暴露的内容划分为暴露自我的隐私和暴露他人的隐私两个类。分析发现虚拟社区
中以自我暴露隐私为主,且最主要的话题是家庭生活。
然后,针对暴露隐私的行为倾向进行了探究,发现暴露自我隐私和暴露他人隐
私的行为倾向是存在差异的。在虚拟社区中暴露隐私的行为则可以划分为三种类型:
求助行为倾向的目的理性行动、基于认知、认同行为倾向的价值理性行动、出于泄
愤报复行为倾向以及窥视和倾诉行为倾向的情感行动。
第三,分析了虚拟社区中暴露隐私的互动特点,并对虚拟社区互动产生的影响
进行了探讨。研究发现虚拟社区中的互动呈现出如下的特点:从互动的内容来看,
虚拟社区中的暴露是一种相对暴露;从互动的主体来看,整个互动的过程是去中心
化的;从互动的频率来看,存在着明显的马太效应;从互动的语言来看,网络语言
十分流行;从互动的规则来看,道德相对主义盛行;从互动的行为倾向来看,理性
与非理性并存。
第四,在本研究结论的基础上分析和讨论了:隐私的边界变化、虚拟社群在暴
露隐私的过程中扮演的角色、暴露隐私的道德问题等。

Abstract
With the development of the , munities play an increasingly
important role in munication people's daily life. And the phenomenon that a
growing number of users expose their privacy in the munity has appeared.
This paper analyses 121 posts which are involved in exposure of privacy in the TianYa
Community using literature research method.
First, analyze the content of privacy exposed in munities, according to
difference of subjects; the contents exposed are divided into two categories: self-exposure
and exposed by others. We find that self-exposure is main in munity, and the
main topic is family life.
Then, we inquiry the motivation for the exposure of privacy and find that there are
differences in motivation between the self-exposure to privacy and exposed by others. In
accordance with the theory of social action, The behavior of privacy expsure in the
munity can be divided into three types: means-ends rational action with
behavioral tendency of help-seeking;value rational action with behavioral tendencies
based on cognition and agreement;emotional action with behavioral tendencies based on
retaliation, peek and talking out.
