在自动化控制系统中,用于监控的数据采集参数很多,温度数据采集是其中最常见的一种。传统温度测量方法只适合于采集变化范围较小的情况,对于多点大范围变化的温度数据采集来说,采用传统温度采集方法,远距离传输会引起较大的误差,而且一般具有成本比较高、维护不方便等缺点。为解决这个问题,本文提出一种基于无线传输技术的温度数据采集系统。
本设计首先介绍了便无线传输系统的发展背景,仪器仪表的相关技术,并提出了课题的任务和要求。通过对无线数据传输模块和芯片的性能的分析,总结了各个模块和芯片的功能和特点,对几种解决方案进行了介绍和比较,在此基础上,进行了发射、接收和控制电路的设计。
本系统是基于PTR2000无线发送接收模块。采用AT89C51单片机作为控制核心,外围采用数字/模拟转换电路(ADC0804)、稳压电路、运放电路(LM741)等。在发送端和接收端分别用一片可以精确波特率的AT89C51单片机来控制数据采集、通信和结果显示;通信采用无线通信方式,利用无线接收/发射模块PTR2000,实现数据的接收和发送。本设计文对硬件电路设计进行研究,完成了电源模块、单片机系统、AD转换等硬件电路的设计。
结果表明无线数据收发模块PTR2000采用抗干扰能力较强的FSK调制/解调可准确的发射、接收数据。本设计实现了温度远距离无线传输的采集,具有一定的实用性。

Abstract
In the system of automation control, there are many data collection parameter in use of monitor, the collection data of temperature is mon one of them. Traditional method of temperature measure just suit for the situation which collection exchange scope is smaller, for the collection of temperature data, in this way ,remote transmission will cause more uracy, and with higher prime cost,inconvenient to repair. In order to solve this problem, the article brings up a system which is based on temperature data collection of wireless transmission.
First of all, this design introduce the system of wireless transmission development background ,technology of apparatus and meter ,and put forward assignment and claim of this task. Though analyses the module of wireless transmission and the function of chip to summarize their function and feature introduce pare these plans, in the base of that we design launch, receive and circuit control.
The system is base on PTR2000 module of wireless receive and sentiment. Use the AT89C51SCM as the control core digital /simulation change circuit (ADC0804), elegant circuit, op amp circuit (LM741) and so on. In the trainmaster and receiver use a piece of AT89C51 SCM which can accurate baud rate, to control data collection, communicate and the display result .Communicate use the method of munication, by the wireless receive/laun
