住宅是最常见、最具代表性的建筑形式。目前,住宅能耗占全国总能耗的
32%,预计到 2020 年大约新增住宅 150 亿平方米面积,对我国的能源供应、资
源利用和环境保护造成巨大压力;绿色施工是建筑业实施可持续战略的重要环
节,施工全过程体现了可持续发展,对按科学发展观发展资源节约型和环境友好
型的绿色建筑业,实现施工企业的可持续发展,促进绿色 GDP 的增长都具有重
要的理论和实践意义。本文研究工作分为理论和实证两部分。
理论研究部分:首先,从生命周期的发展历程、定义、理论框架和流程四个
方面阐述了生命周期评价理论,并结合住宅建筑的特性定义了住宅绿色施工的概
念,结合课题提出了住宅绿色施工管理导则;其次,分析了住宅绿色施工的复杂
性和系统性,提出了住宅绿色施工管理模式,构建了住宅绿色施工管理模式的五
个模块;再后,研究了住宅施工绿色度综合评价指标建立原则,构建了住宅施工
绿色度综合评价指标体系框架、评价标准和绿色度综合评价模型,并运用灰色关
联分析法分析了住宅施工评价指标对施工绿色度的影响程度。
实证研究部分:对节能草砖房的建设情况进行了实地调查,并根据实地调查
的结果,应用住宅施工绿色度综合评价模型对其进行了评价,求出了节能草砖房
施工绿色度,并提出了提高节能草砖房施工绿色度的相应途径和措施。

Abstract
Housing is the monly and representative architectural form. At present,
the energy consumption in housing accounts for 32% of the total energy consumption in
our nation. One billion square meters of new housing are built each year which lead to
tremendous pressure on energy supply, resource utilization and environmental
protection in our country. Green construction plays a key role in achieving sustainable
buildings, which focuses on the concrete construction process. Therefore, it is of great
significance to implement sustainability strategy over the entire construction process,
especially for developing resource-saving and environmentally-friendly green
construction according to scientific development concept, achieving sustainable
development of the construction enterprise, and promoting the growth of green GDP.
This thesis was divided into two section, theory and practical application.
The Theory Research. Fristly, based on life cycle theory explained from life cycle
development process, definition, system framework and processes, the concept of
housing green construction is bined with the characteristics of housing,
the management guidelines of housing green construction is provided according to the
research item. Secondly, plexity and systemic of housing green construction
are analysed,management model of hous
