摘要
低聚木糖亦称木寡糖,属功能性低聚糖族,是目前发现的最好的功能性低聚糖,具有促使双歧杆菌增值,抑制病原菌,防止腹泻、便秘、增强机体免疫力,抵制肿瘤和分解致癌物等功能,与其他功能性低聚糖相比,用量少,效果好,可用于糖尿病、肥胖症、和高血压等患者食用,有利于口腔健康,不引起龋齿等特点,广泛用于食品、医药、和饲料工业。酶法制备低聚木糖的主要原料来源于农业废弃物,如玉米芯,实现了农副产品的深加工,提高农业附加值,而且保护了环境,促进了农业产业化结构调整和农村增收创收工作。
本次实验设计依据:年产量300t/a,全年生产天数300d/a,提取收率45%,木聚糖转化率45%,木寡糖提取收率65%,本设计采用酶解工艺,最终得到有效成分>80%的成品。

Abstract
harides(sugar oligomers made up of xylose units) are useful for a variety of purposes. There are the best ones among the functional oligosacharides . harides shows a remarkable potential for practical utilization in many fields,including pharmaceuticals, feed formulations and agricultural applications, but their most important market developments correspond to food-related applications. Compared with other functional harides, They have some peculiarity as follows: little dosage, effective, used to someone who get the disease such as diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure etc., benefited to the mouth cavity health, do not cause the tooth decayed and so on . It is extensive to used for the food, medicine and animal feed industry. This design is to uses the agriculture wastes——Corn stalk, manufacture haride by chemical-enzymatic methods. It protects the environment, but also improves the farmers’ e.
