摘要:从工艺创新活动的不确定性出发,应用组织信息处理理论,提出信息技术能为制造企
业的工艺创新活动带来数据质量、工作效率及协调性提升三方面的中间利益,减少创新活动
中的模糊性和不确定性。在不同的 IT 应用层次,工艺创新绩效呈现出差异性特点。在内部
信息集成阶段,工艺创新绩效主要集中在降低产品成本、提高产品质量与可靠性方面。在信
息技术的网络化应用阶段,工艺创新的绩效逐步扩展到增加制造柔性、缩短交货期和提高客
户满意度方面。运用所提出的理论框架,对宝钢集团信息技术应用的不同阶段,与漏钢预报
工艺技术创新和系统创新工程等典型的工艺创新活动的绩效匹配关系进行分析,探索性地验
证了理论命题。在此基础上,提出企业在制定工艺创新战略目标时,必须要与企业所处的信
息化应用层次相匹配政策含义。

Abstract: Based anizational information processing theory, this paper discusses the
intermediate benefits for process innovation after the application of IT in manufacturing
enterprises. The intermediate benefits include improving the quality, efficiency and coordination
of data. Performance of process innovation shows differentiation in different IT application level.
On the inner information integration level of IT application, the performance of process
innovation mainly focuses on cutting cost, improving product quality and reliability. On the IT
networking level, the performance of process innovation is expanded to improve manufacturing
flexibility, shorten delivery period and increase customer satisfaction. Take Baosteel Group as a
case study, the relations between typical process innovation and different stage of IT application
that Baosteel Group has experienced was analyzed with the promoted theory structure, and
testified the theoretical propositions. The study implies that the strategic target should be in
