摘要
本论文在重庆保险业面临良好发展的战略机遇期的背景下,结合竞争力理论
和发展战略的有关思想,对保险企业的竞争力进行分析,特别是通过对中国人寿
重庆分公司的发展情况与其他寿险公司进行比较后,提出了增强竞争力的一些战
略举措,如可持续发展战略方面,在较长的时间内保持较快的业务增长速度,保
持速度与效益的同步增长,质与量的统一,近期与远期的统一;竞争战略方面选
择成本领先战略和差异化战略;人才战略上培养具有良好专业素质和相当学历、
业内经验和组织能力的经理层、具有扎实专业知识和技术创新能力的基层员工、
具有开拓、敬业精神和沟通、销售技巧的销售人员等;国际化战略方面直接学习
和借鉴国外相对成熟的保险技术和经验,保持与国际保险市场的互动,缩小与外
资公司管理和经营方面的差距。
论文的主要研究成果是建立了一套评价保险企业竞争力的 AHP 分析方法,从
宏观和微观角度提出了中国人寿重庆分公司发展措施,如宏观方面争取积极合理
的保险产业政策、积极支持行业协会发挥自律作用,强化同业合作与协调、争取
和支持保监局在促进保险业发展中发挥更大的作用等;微观方面建立现代企业制
度,规范法人治理结构、建立精简、高效、扁平化的组织结构、建立三位一体的
内控机制、加强与同业的合作、提供优质的保险产品和服务、发挥网点优势,大
力发展县域保险、注重人才的培养和使用、建设具有特色的企业文化,打造诚信
等。

ABSTRACT
This thesis is under the background of the strategic opportunity period that the
insurance industry faces the good development , combining petition ability
theories and developing thought, carrying on the analysis to petition ability of
the insurance business enterprise, compare the Chinese life pany
Chongqing branch with other life panies, then raise the ideas to
strengthen petition ability.
The main research result of the thesis is built up a set of evaluation of the AHP
analysis method to insurance business enterprises, raise some ideas from the
macroscopic and tiny view to the Chinese life pany chongqing branch,
support the CIRC to develop greater function etc. The tiny view: builds up the modern
business enterprise system, establishment simplify、 efficiently、flat even turn of
organization structure, build up the inner-controlled mechanism, provide the superior
quality of insurance product and service, develop the county area insurance, pay
attention to the talented person's development , create the trustworthiness etc.
