【摘要】目的探讨中丙医结合治疗新生儿黄疽的方法及疗效。方法将150例患儿随机分为两组,治疗组78例,给予常规治疗;对照组72例,在常规治疗的基础上加服中药方剂。结果与对照组对比,%高于治疗组 %。H平均胆红素下降值明显提高,而肭红素下降至正常所需天数则明显缩短。结论中丙医结合治疗新生儿黄疽较常规给药疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of
neonatal jaundice a clinical observation of 150 cases
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore bination of traditional Chinese
and Western medicine in treatment of neonatal jaundice methods and curative effect.
Methods:150 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group
of 78 cases were given conventional treatment. parison group of 72 cases
based on routine treatment plus took Chinese traditional medicine prescription.
Results: The effective therapy rate of the treatment group was %, significantly
higher than that parison group.. Daily average bilirubin drop value obviously
improved, and bilirubin down to normal days required is obviously reduced.
Conclusion: Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the
treatment of neonatal jaundice more routine drug curative effect is distinct. It is
worth for spreading application.
