摘要
本文主要设计了矿井提升机的变频调速系统以及PLC控制系统。通过对矿井提升机调速系统要求的分析,说明了采用变频调速的重要性。在对各种变频调速方法的分析比较后,选择采用交流变频调速,然后选择变频器的类型,并按调速系统要求设计了变频器的外部电路。通过对其电控系统各类故障处理的要求,选择采用可编程控制器(PLC),并对可编程控制器进行选型。考虑到实际生产中可能出现的问题,合理的设计可编程控制器(PLC)的外部电路,并在此基础上对可编程控制器(PLC)程序做出初步的设计方案,为了保证可编程控制器(PLC)的可靠工作,将其系统抗干扰措施也设计在内。本文只是初步理论设计,并未应用于实践,在应用于实践前必须对其进行实践验证。

Design of Mine Hoister Based on PLC with Frequency Conversion
ABSTRACT
This article mainly designs the variable frequency speed control system and PLC control system of mine hoist. Based on the mine hoist control system requirements analysis, illustrates the importance of using variable frequency speed regulation. In a variety of frequency conversion speed regulation method of analysis parison, selection using AC frequency converter, and then select the types of frequency converters, and according to the speed control system is designed the external circuit of frequency converter. The electric control system of various fault handling requirements, selection by using the programmable controller (PLC), and the programmable controller type. Considering the practical production problems that may arise, the rational design of programmable controller (PLC) of the external circuit, and based on the programmable controller (PLC) program to make the preliminary design, to ensure that the programmable controller (PLC) for the reliable operation of the system, the anti interference measures are designed. This paper is only a preliminary theoretical design, is not applied in practice, applied in practice before it must be verified in practice.
