Definitions
Chronic pain is plex phenomenon. Consequently,it is difficult to define. bination of definitions is utilized.
♦ Pain that persists beyond the usual course of an acute disease or a reasonable time for any injury to heal that is associated with chronic pathologic processes that cause continuous pain or pain at intervals for months or years
♦ Persistent pain that is not amenable to routine pain control methods
♦ Pain where healing may never occur

Prevalence
The prevalence of chronic pain in the adult population ranges from 2% to 40%, with a median point prevalence of 15%
Persistent pain has been reported with an overall prevalence of 20% of primary care patients

2非甾体抗炎药(nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs ,NSAIDs)     NSAIDs均具有解热镇痛和抗炎作用。 NSAIDs 有中等程度镇痛作用,对头痛、牙痛、神经痛、肌肉痛和关节痛均有较好的镇痛效果,对炎症性疼痛疗效更好。此外也可用于术后镇痛和癌性疼痛治疗。长期应用无耐受性和成瘾性。
