摘要
当今发展国民经济的一个重要保障是机械制造工业的飞速发展。机械设计水平的高低已成为衡量一个以及国防力量的重要标志之一。所以进行零件机械加工工艺规程及夹具的设计有着重要的意义。
在机械制造各行业的工艺过程中广泛应用着各种不同的,用以固定加工对象,使之占有正确位置,以便接受施工的一种工艺装备,统称为夹具。因此,无论是在机械加工、装配、检验,还是在焊接、热处理等冷、热工艺中,以及运输工作中都大量采用夹具。它在保证产品优质、高产、低成本、充分发挥现有设备的潜力,以便工人掌握复杂或精密零件加工技术,以减轻繁重的体力劳动等诸方面起着巨大的作用。
本课题的题目是弯杆零件的机械加工工艺规程及专用夹具设计,通过对弯杆零件的结构分析画出其零件图,并且查阅相关文献资料,设计出其相关的机械加工工艺规程和填写相应的工艺卡片。然后就该零件某一方面的工艺过程设计一个专用夹具,在导师的指导下,对夹具设计方案进行分析和选择。参考相关资料完成夹具的总体设计。

ABSTRACT
Developing the national economy today is an important guarantee for the rapid development of machinery manufacturing industry. The level of mechanical design has e one of the symbols to measure a nation’s science and technology, economic and defense strength. Therefore, machining of parts and the fixture design process specification is significant.
Fixture is technological equipment, which is widely used in various different technological processes in machinery industry to to fix the processing object so that it occupies the correct position to accept the construction. Therefore, whether in the machinery processing, assembly, testing, or in welding, heat treatment, such as cold, heat process, and transport, the fixture has been used largely. It plays a huge role in many aspects as guaranteeing high-quality products, high-yield, low-cost, bringing the potential of existing equipment into full play, helping workers master plicated or sophisticated parts processing technologies and reducing the heavy physical labors and so on.
The topic of this thesis is the machining process planning of a curved profiled bar and designation of the dedicated jig. Through the analysis of the curved profiled bar structure and the parts diagram according to it, except for the reference of the relevant material, the topic aims at designing the associated machining process planning and filling in
