摘要
汽车4S店制定服务营销战略,发展自身服务品牌是企业长远发展的需要,是市场竞争发展到一定阶段的必然结果。本文在分析4S店存在的主要问题基础上,制定出以服务品质、服务价格、服务形象和服务管理为切入点,实施服务营销战略的具体规划,并提出了具体的实施策略。
关键词:S店服务营销战略。
Traffic accident analysis and identification
Abstract
Every year around the world in street and highway on the loss of life of about 1300000 people, and domestic, with the rapid development of social economy, the number of motor vehicles and drivers of increasing, people, vehicle, road, environment " four elements " the contradiction between the increasingly prominent, to the road traffic safety management job brought hitherto unknown pressure and challenge.
Traffic accident growing on traffic accident identification presented greater demand, in order to meet the need of traffic accidents, traffic accident appraisal industry developed rapidly, but the rapid development not to be standardized management, thus enabling the identification of the work appear more chaos, the road transportation industry and the role of road traffic accident harm contrast and traffic plexity to describe the research background, and then, put forward the necessity of traffic accidents and traffic accident appraisal situation, combined with the typical traffic accident cause analysis and identification. Summary of traffic accident identification features, analysis of typical traffic accident causes, to explore a more reasonable, more normative traffic accident identification method.

汽车4S店,是指集整车销售(Sale)、零配件(Sparepart)、售后服务(S
