China association of warehouses and storage has done a questionnaire investigation about the level of satisfaction about the third party logistics supplier, the result shows: at present the whole level of the third party logistics supplier is low, 56% of the producer is unsatisfied with the third party logistics supplier, and the unsatisfied rate of trade and business enterprises is up to 75% especially. The reason is high logistics costs, the poor service on information and so on. The most important reason is that the logistics system of the third party logistics supplier is not still integrative. The plan mode of MRP already is used extensively in the manufacturing industry. Among logistics system, DRP is used as the logistics plan, but there is none of a better logistics plan mode which can realize that the logistics integrative management effectively, especially integrated on the logistics basic function homework unit. So this paper want to find a kind of better logistics plan mode and do some exploratory research on the basis of relevant research results in the past.
Concentrating on how to make the logistics plan anize resources for the third party logistics supplier. On the research results of the summarize on MRP, DRP, LRP, third party logistics and of logistics ability at present, the paper try to find a logistics operation plan similar to the logic of MRP for the third party logistics supplier, which transplant BOM which is the key function in MRP to the logistics plan. Then on the basis of summarizing the characteristics of all kind of BOM, the paper proposes a method of constructing models about dynamic BOM of the order. And through an instance, the paper shows how to make a dynamic BOM and turn into the corresponding logistics demand planning. Finally, provide a logistics information management system based on the dynamic BOM and the technology of RFID.
