摘要:设计了主要由大倾斜角的斜导槽侧抽芯机构、斜导柱侧向分型机构、大升角的螺旋机构与齿轮组合的自动脱螺纹机构、推管推出机构等组成的两型腔注塑模具,实现了水嘴成型后,开模时先由斜导槽驱动侧型芯抽芯一段距离后,斜导柱再同时驱动瓣合凹模滑块垂直分型,侧抽芯和垂直分型同时结束;最后利用卧式注塑机的顶出动作,通过固定在推扳上的大升角螺母驱动与之旋合的螺杆旋转、一对直齿园柱齿轮增速传动使螺纹型芯旋转而自动脱出螺纹,随后由推管推出塑件。模具结构紧凑,运动可靠。

On the Design of the Tap Injection Mold

Abstract:The paper aims to introduce the design of two-cavity injection mold which posed of the steep oblique groove side core-pulling mechanism, the inclined guide pillar side parting mechanism, the mechanism of automatic revolving de-bined by big rise angle screw mechanism with gears and the push tube launching mechanism. After tap-forming, the oblique groove drives the side core to pull for some distance and the inclined guide pillar drives the valve-die slider to realize vertical typing. At last with the horizontal injection molding machine pushing , the big rise angle nut fixed on the stripper plate motivates its threaded rod to rotate and a pair of straight-tooth cylindrical gears gears up, resulting in the rotational automatic thread demoulding of the threaded core. After that, the push tube knocks out the plastic part. This kind of mold has the characteristics pact structure and motion reliability.
