摘要
本文以实际生活生产工程的需要,设计了存放100吨牛肉冷冻冷藏库。其中包括了冷冻库冷藏库结构类型的选择、冷库制冷系统的选择、冷库的尺寸计算、冷库耗冷量的计算和制冷设备的选择、辅助设备的选择、冷库的自动控制以及系统融霜等内容。本次设计,是根据国家规定的冷库设计建造标准,综合考虑大连地区的海洋性气候条件,安全合理化的设计了存放100吨牛肉的冷冻库和冷藏库。由于每个设计细节都会影响对牛肉的冷冻冷藏效果,因此,在设计过程中,竭力考虑到各种影响因素,如制冷设备的制冷能力、库房内的风速风量、产品在冷冻库和冷藏库内的不同的包装形式、存放形式等,尽量采取最佳方案来保存牛肉,减少保存过程中对牛肉的质量的损耗,保持牛肉的新鲜度,达到最好的冷冻冷藏效果。

This paper has been designed the freezer and the cold store of 100 tons of beef with the need of the production engineering of actual life.
