文档介绍:摘要:随着经济社会不断发展,企业信息化水平在不断地提高。良好的企业信息化建设不仅能够改变企业商业模式、经营模式,降低经营成本,同时能够帮助企业优化管理、提高工作效率。随着电子计算技术和互联网技术的发展,企业内部信息交互方式和手段不断发生新的变革。以互联网技术为基础的信息交互方式代替传统交互方式成为企业改善管理、提高工作效率的利器。但随着企业不断发展和壮大,企业内部信息交互的需求也在不断变化,现有交互方式已经不能充分满足当前的需求。新型基于 Web 的信息交互系统为解决该问题提供了新思路。本文从企业的实际需求出发,提出并实现了一种基于Web的企业信息交互系统。本文首先对企业的实际需求进行调研和分析,以此为基础提出系统框架,并展开系统设计工作。在系统设计环节,采用三层(数据层、逻辑层、界面层)松耦合的设计方式,从而提升系统开发和实现效率。在系统实现环节,从三个层次对实现流程进行细化,并据此选择开发语言和工具进行实现。该系统现已被企业采用,用于部门上下级、员工间围绕本地环境问题的信息交互。经运行和测试,系统成功实现了框架中所涉及的功能模块和业务逻辑,大幅提升了部门内部的信息交互效率和工作效率。

Abstract
With the fast development of economic society, the level of information within enterprises is alsoincreasing. Concrete establishment of information is capable of not only changing business mode,changing operation mode, reducing costs, but also optimizing management, improving the efficiencyand effectiveness munications among employees. Based on the development of the andelectronic technologies, the way municate with one another within enterprises isevolving from traditional ways like telephone and fax to new ways like IP phone, E-mails, instantmessaging and so on, which are based on the and electronic technologies. These new toolsmade enormous contributions to improving work efficiency. However, as enterprises develop andexpand, the needs of employees munications develop also. Current ways like IP phone, E-mailsand instant messaging are no longer able to fully satisfying the needs, yet the newly web-basedinformation exchange system provides a novel thinking. Based on the needs of the WH/BI departmentof IBM CDL CSTL, this thesis proposes and implements a novel web-based information exchangesystem. Needs and requirements munications within the department were researched andanalyzed thoroughly before the system is outlined and designed.
