在当代企业管理中,人力资源管理已经成为企业管理的重要内容。就如何尽快建立起适应国有企业发展的人力资源体系,不少理论工作者进行了研究,但供电企业人力资源管理方面的研究尚不多见。在对知识经济的涵义、特征和人力资源管理理论阐释的基础上,探讨了人力资源开发在知识经济中处于基础地位及决定性的作用,重点对知识经济时代供电企业。
人力资源管理现状作了比较深层次的分析与思考。本文作者先提出了结合供电企业的自身特点,着重研究供电企业人力资源管理的现状分析、存在问题以及完善措施。从研究人力资源管理的演变过程入手,探讨人力资源管理在知识经济时代的地位和作用,重点分析供电企业人力资源管理的现状,分析其中原因,提出供电企业人力资源开发管理进一步完善与创新的措施。
