[摘要] 任何一种经济形态的社会都有一个管理问题,同样的条件、同样的人力资源,由于组织调配的不同,其结果会迥然不同,所以“向管理要效益”已逐渐成为人们的共识。本文首先分析了当前经济形势下的行政环境、行政文化和行政体制,然后探讨了当前的经济政策对行政管理的影响以及如何构建适应社会主义市场经济的行政管理体制,最后作者分析了英国对外经济行政管理的实践与特点。

Abstract :Any form of economy society has a management problems, the same conditions, the same human resources, due to the anization, its result deployment will be different, so "economic efficiency and to the management" has gradually e the consensus of people. This paper firstly analyzes the current economic situation of administrative environment, administrative culture and administrative system, then discusses the current economic policy of administration and how to construct the socialist market economic system, the administration last the author analyzed the British foreign economic and administrative management practice and characteristics.
