基于PSoC单片机的电动自行车控制器的设计
摘要:本文从无刷直流电机的结构和工作原理出发,详细阐述了无刷直流电机在导通、续流和换相三种不同状态下的电压方程以及无刷直流电机的转矩特性与其动态数学模型,建立了无刷直流电机的传递函数。
本文在分析无刷直流电机电流和速度调节原理的基础上,提出了电流和速度控制方案,引入了经典控制理论中的PID控制。针对模拟控制系统理论进行了数字化的转换,完成了系统软件的设计,完善了控制系统PID。分别在PWM中断和1KHZ中断实现了电流环和速度环,同时完成了两个环路的传递。根据功能需求,完善了程序实现的功能。
最后,对控制器的性能和各项功能进行了严格的测试,给出了测试的图形、数据和结果,测试表明,该控制器可靠性好,成本低,符合产品的开发要求。

Abstract:This paper brushless dc motor from the structure and the working principle, a detailed explanation of brushless dc motor in the conduction, free-wheeling mutation three different state equation and the voltage of brushless dc motor of the torque characteristics and its dynamic mathematical model to establish of brushless dc motor transfer function.
Based on the analysis of brushless dc motor current and speed adjustment principle was put forward on the basis of current and speed control scheme, introduced the theory of classical control PID control. According to the simulation control system theory to the digital conversion, completed the design of the system software, perfect the PID control system. PWM interrupt and respectively in 1 KHZ interrupt realized the current loop and speed loop, finish at the same time two loop transfer. According to the function demand, perfect the function of the realization of the program.
Finally, the performance of the controller and various functions of the strict test, the test are the graphics, data and results, test show that the controller good reliability, low cost, in line with the development of the product requirements
