Executive Summary
This study aimed to identify the existing adult munity learning opportunities in small and munities across rural Victoria, with a view to assisting the ACFE ACFE Adult, Community and Further Education.

There is ample confirmation from munities studied that adult learning can and does play a critical and important role in non-munities. It provides evidence that local skills and learning resources play a critical role in social capital development.
