【摘要】目的探讨肠道有益菌群联合谷氨酰胺对胃肠癌术后炎症反应、体液免疫功能的影响。方法将80例胃肠癌手术患者随机分成研究组和对照组,研究组41例患者术后在常规治疗的同时应用肠道有益菌群和谷氨酰胺,对照组39例患者术后常规治疗。对两组患者术后炎症反应情况、体液免疫指标及感染性并发症发生率进行对比。结果术后3天白细胞计数和中性粒细胞比例两组间无明显差别,术后8天比较研究组明显低于对照组;C反应蛋白术后3天、8天两组均有显著差异,研究组明显低于对照组。术后IgA、IgM、IgG水平研究组明显高于对照组。%,%,统计学无显著差异。结论联合应用肠道有益菌群和谷氨酰胺能够降低胃肠癌术后炎症反应程度,增强体液免疫功能,减少感染性并发症,具有良好的临床应用价值。医学论文翻译公司中国保健营养杂志医学论文翻译

Prospective randomized controlled study of the beneficial intestinal flora with gutamine for gastrointestinal cancer postoperative inflammatory reaction and immune effect
【Abatract】 Objective To discuss the effect on postoperative inflammatory reaction and humoral immune function of the beneficial intestinal flora with glutamine applied on gastrointestinal cancer. Methods 80 cases of gastrointestinal cancer operation were randomly divided into study group and control group, the study group of 41 cases received the treatment of beneficial intestinal flora and glutamine beyond of routine treatment, while the control group of 39 cases received only conventional treatment.
