摘要
随着城市化进程的发展,产业结构的调整和房地产业的兴起,原先的工厂厂
房建筑面临着被拆除和废弃。围绕着工厂的居民小区当初的热闹繁华已经不再,
取而代之的是各个时期的民居建筑,因为年久失修,逐渐老化,破旧不堪。拥挤
的街道,狭小的空间,已经不能适应现代化生活方式,严重影响着区域的发展。
与西方国家相比,我国建筑遗产保护和再生的发展历史很短,许多城市以大拆大
建的承重代价来发展经济,使大批有保留和研究价值的城市遗产成为推土机下的
瓦砾,城市建设缺乏对城市历史和文化的可持续发展上的长远考虑。
本文通过对南京历史文化城市中的现实厂房改造项目的研究,将工业遗产建
筑的保护与再生的理念和一般系统论在场地中的应用的观点来分析改造项目的空
间规划与建筑设计手法。借此来探求对城市旧建筑改造的合理性与可行性。

With the development of the process of urbanization, industrial structure
adjustment and the rise of the real estate industry, the original factory building faces
were removed and discarded. Residents around the factory was the bustling downtown

construction, because of disrepair, begins to age, in a dilapidated state. Crowded streets,
narrow space, can not meet the modern way of life has been seriously affected the

and many cities have great bearing down Dajian cost to develop the economy, so that a
large number of reservations about the value and research heritage to e a city

transformation research projects, construction of industrial heritage protection and
