摘要:纵观我国造船企业和钢铁企业之间的战略联盟模式,大致可以分为协议型战略联盟模式、合作伙伴型战略联盟模式、合资共建船用钢材配送中心和入股参与型战略联盟模式。本文通主要从财务指标、柔性指标、风险指标和合作指标这几个方面构建船钢战略联盟不同模式下的评价指标体系,然后运用D-S证据理论方法对这几种战略联盟模式进行了实证分析,为造船企业和钢铁企业之间的联盟模式的认识和选取提供一些借鉴。

Abstract: Looking at China's shipbuilding enterprises and between iron and steel enterprises strategic alliance mode, can be roughly divided into the protocol type of strategic alliance, partner type strategic alliance mode, joint venture to build a ship steel distribution center and shares involved in the strategic alliance mode. This article mainly from the financial index, flexible index, risk indicators and indicators of several aspects of this cooperation construction steel strategic alliance under different modes of evaluation index system, then apply D-S evidence theory method to these kinds of strategic alliance is evaluated, to provide some reference for the understanding and selection of the alliance between the panies and panies.
