医院感染管理系统在医院信息管理中的应用

摘要: 目的应用医院感染管理系统,提高医院感染信息管理水平,研究医院感染发生的危险因素和发生规律,
控制和减少医院感染的发生。方法与浙江省医院感染管理质控中心,共同开发应用地市级医院医院感染管理
软件,对住院患者医院感染资料进行监测、析、计、览、询,形成图文并茂的动态监测图表。结果该软件
可用于调查医院内抗菌药物的使用状况,评价抗菌药物使用的合理性; 监测医院感染发生率,分析医院感染发生
的危险因素,对医院感染患者进行全流程监测。结论医院感染管理软件是一个医院医疗质量控制系统,使用方
便、作简单,能提高医院感染管理工作效率。

Abstract : OBJECTIVE Wit h t he use of soft ware ”Hospital Infection Management System”, to study t he risk factors
and incidence rule of hospital infection , and to better control t he hospital infection. METHODS Using soft ware ”
Hospital Infection Management System”we supervised and analyzed all t he data of hospital infection , got a statistical
result wit h a dynamic picture and table. RESULTS This soft ware is useful for getting t he information of antibiotic use ,
evaluating t he feasibility of antibiotic use , supervising t he incidence of hospital infection , analyzing t he risk factors of
hospital infection , and providing a whole way surveillance on t he infected patients. CONCL USIONS The soft ware ”
efficiency of hospital infection management .
